Right to Close Accounts

Section 1
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or placing any wager through the gb99d platform at gb99d.app (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the gb99d Platform. If you are using the Platform on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms, and references to "you" in these Terms shall include both you and that person.

No wagers may be placed, and no deposits may be made, unless you unconditionally agree to these Terms in their entirety.
These Terms are published exclusively in English. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding interpretation, the English-language version of these Terms shall prevail.

Section 2
Account Registration and Eligibility
To access the full range of gb99d services — including placing wagers, making deposits, and claiming bonuses — you must register a personal account on the Platform. Registration is free. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete, and that you will keep that information updated throughout the life of your account.
Eligibility Requirements
You are eligible to register and maintain a gb99d account only if you meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:
- You are at least 18 years of age. gb99d strictly prohibits access by minors. Any person found to be under 18 years of age will have their account permanently closed and any deposited funds returned to the originating payment method.
- You are a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and automated programmes or bots may not register accounts.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of gb99d or any of its affiliated entities, game suppliers, or payment processing partners.
- You are not located in a jurisdiction where participation in online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
- You have not previously been permanently banned or indefinitely suspended from the gb99d Platform or any platform operated under the same ownership.
- You are not subject to a self-exclusion order with gb99d or any third-party responsible gaming programme that extends to this Platform.
One Account Policy
Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) gb99d account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, address, device, IP address, phone number, bKash number, Nagad number, or any other identifying credential — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, gb99d reserves the right to close all accounts, void any pending bets or bonus balances, and return only the verified deposited funds (net of any withdrawals already made) to the originating payment method.
Account Security and Credentials
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gb99d account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PIN or OTP issued to your registered phone number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, allow any third party to access your account, or use any third party's account. gb99d will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify gb99d immediately at [email protected]. gb99d may, at its discretion, temporarily suspend your account pending investigation to protect your funds and personal data.
Identity Verification (KYC)
gb99d is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. You will be asked to submit a valid government-issued identity document — such as your Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence — along with a recent proof of address and, where required, documentation confirming your payment method ownership. Failure to complete identity verification within the timeframe specified by gb99d may result in a temporary restriction on withdrawal functionality until verification is satisfactorily completed.

One account per person. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances reviewed in accordance with the multi-account policy above.

Enable SMS two-factor authentication in Account Settings. gb99d will never ask for your password or OTP via WhatsApp, Telegram, or unsolicited call.
Section 3
Deposits and Withdrawals
Accepted Payment Methods
gb99d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary at any given time subject to technical or operational factors. gb99d does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals.
Deposits
The minimum deposit amount at gb99d is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though gb99d reserves the right to apply deposit limits to specific accounts where responsible gaming or security concerns arise. Deposits are credited to your gb99d balance within 60 seconds of mobile wallet confirmation for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay transactions. Bank card and internet banking deposits may take up to 15 minutes to reflect, subject to the processing times of the relevant banking institution.
gb99d does not charge any fee on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own service charges, which are outside gb99d's control. You are responsible for any charges levied by your payment provider in connection with deposits to your gb99d account.
Funds deposited into your gb99d account may only be used for placing wagers on the Platform. Deposited funds may not be transferred to another player's account under any circumstances. gb99d does not operate as a banking or payment service and the balance in your gb99d account does not accrue interest.
Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 for fully verified accounts. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible, as a fraud prevention measure. Withdrawals to a different payment method require additional verification and written approval from the gb99d compliance team.
Standard withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed within 15–30 minutes during BST operational hours (08:00–24:00 BST, Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Withdrawals requested outside operational hours will be queued and processed from 08:00 BST the following morning. Withdrawals to bank accounts (City Bank, BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank) may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
gb99d reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that exceed a defined threshold or that exhibit patterns consistent with money laundering, fraud, or bonus abuse. During any such review, the withdrawal request will be placed on hold and the player notified by email. gb99d aims to complete all security reviews within 48 hours of initiating them.
Refunds and Chargebacks
Once a deposit has been credited to your gb99d account, it is non-refundable except in specific circumstances — such as a technical error resulting in a duplicate charge, or a deposit made to a subsequently closed account. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 14 days of the transaction date. Chargebacks initiated through your payment provider without first contacting gb99d support will be treated as a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

Section 4
Bonus and Promotions Policy
gb99d offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spin promotions, and seasonal promotions linked to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, and the T20 World Cup. Claiming Bonuses
To claim a bonus, you must meet all eligibility criteria set out in the individual promotion terms. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. gb99d reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time prior to it being claimed by an eligible player.
Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or in some cases the bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered through on eligible games before the bonus and any winnings derived from it become withdrawable as real cash. For example, a bonus of ৳1,000 with a 30x wagering requirement must generate ৳30,000 in total qualifying wagers before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager. Live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) and sports betting markets may contribute at a lower rate, typically 10%–20%, as specified in the individual promotion terms. Crash games including Hi-Lo and Crash Goal contribute at the rate stated in the applicable promotion terms.
During a bonus wagering period, the maximum permitted bet or stake from bonus funds is ৳500 per round or bet slip unless a different limit is stated in the specific promotion. Bets exceeding this limit while wagering through a bonus may be voided at gb99d's discretion.
Bonus Abuse and Prohibited Strategies
gb99d actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing offsetting bets to artificially reduce risk while wagering through bonus funds (also known as "hedging"), using low-risk or near-certain betting strategies solely to complete wagering requirements, exploiting a technical error or loophole in a promotion, creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, and any form of collusion with other players to exploit promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is identified, gb99d reserves the right to void the bonus balance, void any winnings derived from the bonus, and close the account.
Expiry of Bonuses
All bonuses have an expiry period during which wagering requirements must be completed. If wagering requirements are not met by the expiry date and time (stated in each promotion's individual terms, expressed in BST), the bonus balance and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically by the system. Expired bonuses cannot be reactivated.
Section 5
Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct
gb99d is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable platform for all players. To protect the integrity of the Platform and the experience of all registered players, the following conduct is strictly prohibited. This list is illustrative and not exhaustive — gb99d reserves the right to take action against any behaviour it reasonably determines to be harmful to the Platform or its players.
Prohibited Activities
- Fraud and deception: Providing false information during registration, identity verification, or any other Platform process; impersonating another person; using a stolen or fraudulently obtained payment method to fund your account.
- Money laundering: Using the gb99d Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for the purpose of disguising the origin of those funds. gb99d complies with applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) standards and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities as required.
- Use of prohibited software: Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, data scraping software, or any other application designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players. This includes software that automates bet placement, exploits real-time odds feeds, or manipulates game outcomes.
- Collusion: Conspiring with other players to gain an advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other multi-player format on the Platform. This includes chip dumping, coordinated folding, and sharing hole cards or game information in real time.
- Arbitrage betting: Placing wagers across multiple platforms or markets in a manner designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome and which exploits pricing anomalies in gb99d's odds. Commercial or professional arbitrage activity on gb99d's sportsbook is prohibited.
- Chargebacks: Initiating an unauthorised chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or mobile wallet provider in respect of a deposit that has been legitimately used for wagering. This constitutes fraud against gb99d and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action.
- Hacking or interference: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the gb99d Platform, its servers, databases, or payment systems; introducing malware, viruses, or denial-of-service attacks; reverse-engineering or decompiling any software component of the Platform.
- Offensive conduct: Using abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing language in any communication with gb99d's support team or, where applicable, in live game chat features.
Consequences of Prohibited Conduct
Where gb99d identifies or reasonably suspects prohibited conduct, it may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice: suspend or permanently close the account; void any open bets or pending transactions; withhold the account balance pending investigation; recover from the account balance any funds that gb99d can demonstrate were obtained through prohibited activity; and refer the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
gb99d will notify the account holder of any action taken under this section by email where it is safe and lawful to do so. Players who believe a suspension has been applied in error may submit a formal dispute to [email protected] within 14 days of the notification.
No Bots or Scripts
Automated tools that place bets, scrape odds, or interact with game interfaces are prohibited. Sessions exhibiting bot-like patterns are flagged automatically.
No Collusion
Coordinating with other players to manipulate live game outcomes, share card information, or engage in chip dumping is a permanent ban offence.
No Money Laundering
gb99d enforces AML standards. Suspicious transactions are escalated to the compliance team and, where required by law, reported to relevant authorities.
No Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback on a legitimate deposit is treated as fraud. Contact support before disputing any gb99d transaction with your payment provider.
Section 6
Account Closure and Suspension
Voluntary Account Closure
You may request closure of your gb99d account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before your account can be closed, any open bets must be settled or cancelled, any pending withdrawal requests must be processed, and your account balance must be either withdrawn or, if below the minimum withdrawal threshold, forfeited. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days of receipt. Once an account is closed at your request, you may reopen it by contacting support and passing applicable identity verification checks.
Self-Exclusion
If you believe your gambling is becoming problematic, gb99d strongly encourages you to make use of self-exclusion tools. A self-exclusion request — either temporary (24 hours to 6 months) or permanent — will immediately suspend your access to the Platform and opt you out of all gb99d marketing communications. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted to [email protected]. Permanent self-exclusions are irrevocable. Involuntary Suspension or Closure by gb99d
gb99d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of the account lifecycle.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, collusion, or other prohibited activity.
- A court order, regulatory instruction, or other legal obligation requiring gb99d to restrict or terminate the account.
- The account holder is found to be or to have been under 18 years of age at any point during the account's operation.
- Technical or security reasons that require immediate protective action, including a suspected security breach of the account.
Where an account is suspended or closed by gb99d, any balance remaining in the account will be held in escrow pending investigation. If no violation is confirmed, the balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method. If a violation is confirmed, gb99d reserves the right to apply appropriate remedies as set out in Section 5 above.
Section 7
Responsible Gaming Obligations

Section 8
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gb99d, its owners, directors, employees, contractors, game suppliers, and payment processing partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, loss of data, loss of profits, or any other economic or non-economic loss.
gb99d makes every reasonable effort to ensure the Platform is available 24/7 and that all games and betting markets operate correctly. However, gb99d does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may temporarily affect Platform availability. gb99d will communicate planned maintenance via the Platform and, where appropriate, via registered player email addresses.
Technical Malfunctions
In the event of a game malfunction, server error, or software fault that results in a game outcome being displayed incorrectly, gb99d reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager amount to the player's account. Winnings generated from a malfunction or error are not payable. gb99d's decision on voiding or settling affected rounds is final and binding.
Third-Party Services

Governing Law

Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy published on the gb99d Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and gb99d with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
